Please have a look at the following remarks before returning your goods:

1. in the case that you are based in Germany and that you can make use of your right of revocation following German law § 312 d Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB, it is agreed the the buyer shall bare the regular cost of return shipping if the price of the merchandise does not exceeds 40€, or if the price of the merchandise is higher and if the buyer has not even paid or partially paid at the time of revocation.

2. in the case that you are based in any foreign country please contact us by e-mail info@natural-ideas.de or by phone +49 4231 73381. We are going to tell you then how you can organize your return shipping. 

3. to avoid damage of the merchandise please pack the items carefully, the best way is to use the original packing. 

4. please always send your returns prepaid.
